This is a Saturday morning ride at Fat Frogs in Virginia Beach. This is the ride that got me back into cycling, and it’s my regular Saturday morning ride. I usually ride Sundays at Fat Frog Chesapeake.
I hung the new hammock, then sat down in it to test it. I immediately ended up like this…upside down! Doh!
I took this photo paddleboating with the Tices, Kurt, Jahna and Alex when Alex and I went on college tours. This was on West Point property in the Hudson Valley in New York.
