Summer Vacation is over…back to work today!

July 29th, 2008 · Cycling, Today's Ride

Ok! So it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but there’s a good reason! I’ve been riding my ass off!

Since the Century, I’ve done a lot of riding…most recently (since the end of June) I’ve cranked out a bunch of big mileage weeks in a row: [Read more →]

Knott’s Island Century

June 3rd, 2008 · Cycling, Today's Ride

Ok…It’s a little late, but I’m just now getting a chance to put some thoughts down about the Knott’s Island Century. That’s Paul, me, Dave, Jeff, and Ed on the Ferry.

Knott\'s Island Team

4/15-4/22

April 22nd, 2008 · Cycling, Health Journal, Today's Ride

Well, not a lot of riding this week either.  It seems like work is busy, life if busy, and if it isn’t, then it’s rainy!

Last weekend I did the Conquer the Canal TT.  It was only 12 miles (12.5 actually).  I didn’t do too badly, considering the lack of riding.  I did a 33:44 (I think…).  Paul beat my by 30 seconds, and I beat Jason by 10 secs.  Not too bad!  My average for the ride was 21.7mph!

My weight is showing the lack of riding!  198 this week.  Rrrr……
